I'm looking for a roommate that's easy to get along with, since I'm living in the house alone I would appreciate a little company. I drive in to work everyday, so car pooling is possible. i work downtown for around 8-4:30pm. If not, the house is about a 15 minute walk from the train station, which will bring you all the way downtown. We have all necessary stores nearby.There is a bedroom upstairs and the basement is almost completely finished and will available for more privacy if needed, it's equiped with a cable jack and a sattelite reciever so that we can watch different things if needed. The house was built in 2004, it's very clean and well maintained. Family room was freshly painted, hardwood everywhere except for the stairs and upstairs hallway. If you enjoy movies, i have a decent system setup for movies, which will be available to share, we have wireless internet and Sattelite TV with recording capabilities. Currently there are two cats at them moment, one that was lent to me that never left.The rent could be negotiable. I have one exterior picture but it's old, this is what the house looks like, but now the outside is completely finished with a light coffee color, and there grass. I'll get more eventually.

Jolie chambre cherche locataire dans un superbe appartement coloré et sympathique! 450$ par mois, ceci inclus: électricité, eau chaude, système d'alarme, téléphone, boite-vocale, internet, produits ménager (papier toilette, essuis-tout, savon vaisselle...), condiments du frigo genre mayonnaise, moutarde... Bref, ne reste que la 'grosse bouffe' à acheter et je me charge du reste (c'est moins compliqué comme ça :-) C'est un grand appartement sur 2 étages (j'occupe le sous-sol) et la chambre à louer est au rez-de-chaussée. Belle grande salle de bain, laveuse/sécheuse, il y a aussi une cours fleurie et très privée avec b-b-q, terrasse... Situé dans un coin tranquille à 5 min du métro Papineau et des commodités (épicerie, pharmacie...) Un dépanneur est à 4 portes d'ici, ce qui est très pratique.
